Acceptable Use Policy

• Child sexual abuse material, or anything that sexualises minors.
• Content that is illegal in Australia or in the place it is served or aimed at.
• Material that infringes copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property rights.
• Malware, ransomware, spyware, exploit kits, or code designed to damage systems or access them without permission.
• Phishing pages, or sites that impersonate a person or organisation to deceive people.
• Scams, fraudulent offers and pyramid schemes.
• Harassment, threats, or content that incites violence or hatred against people.
• Terrorist or violent extremist material.
• Intimate images shared without the consent of the person shown.
• Other people’s personal information published without a lawful basis, including doxxing.

• Attacking, disrupting or overloading any system or network, including denial-of-service attacks.
• Scanning, probing or testing the security of systems you don’t own or don’t have written permission to test, including LTNA’s.
• Accessing accounts, systems or data without permission, including credential stuffing and brute-force sign-in attempts.
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or hosting pages promoted by spam.
• Running open proxies, anonymising relays, VPN exit nodes or Tor exit nodes.
• Mining cryptocurrency.
• Evading or interfering with our limits, isolation, firewalls or security controls, or accessing another customer’s projects or data.
• Reselling, sublicensing or offering the Services to others as a hosting platform without our written agreement.
• Using the Services to break the law, or to help someone else break it.

LTNA Hosting runs many customers’ projects on shared infrastructure. Your projects must stay within your Plan limits and must not degrade the platform for others.

Outbound traffic from your applications may be restricted, and ports commonly used for abuse, including outbound mail, are blocked. If your application needs to send email, use an email provider’s API over HTTPS.

We may throttle or pause workloads that use excessive CPU, memory, network or build time.

You may test the security of your own projects. You must not test LTNA’s infrastructure or other customers’ projects without our written permission.

If you find a vulnerability in LTNA, report it to [email protected]. Give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it, don’t access more data than you need to demonstrate the issue, and don’t disrupt the Services. We won’t pursue legal action against good-faith research that follows these rules.

If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may, with or without notice depending on the seriousness, remove or disable access to content, stop deployments or projects, suspend or close the Account, and report the matter to law enforcement or other authorities.

We will usually tell you what we have done and why, unless the law, an investigation or someone’s safety prevents it. If you believe we have made a mistake, contact [email protected].

To report a site or activity on LTNA Hosting that breaks this policy, email [email protected] with the URL, what you observed, when it happened, and any supporting evidence. For copyright complaints, follow the process in the Terms of Service.

If content involves a risk of immediate harm to someone, contact the police first.
